Where to find VINTAGE

I love to snoop around vintage shops , looking for unique and different things. A one of kind piece of
accessory, decor or fashions.
As a kid my mom would love to go to flea markets. (guess i got the bug too)
Sometimes you can find some very unique pieces  or perhaps
its just something you like and the price also.

Over the years there are more and more resell sites online, from designer things to basic clothing, plus the thrift shops . An other thing that has helped to focus on fashion  is the decluttering phenomenon Kondo series , plus the endless fast fashion issue. More and more people are becoming
aware of the damage done to the planet by the industries.

So a good reason to look at some fashion that are vintage or recycled.
I first got hooked on vintage in my 20s when i found an adorable winter jacket (in fur)  back then it was not a  issue , and i don't have the jacket anymore. But still i loved it. Lately i found a great trench coat with removable wool liner, a nice coat or jewelry that catches my eye at a local shop.

So that was my first venture into vintage clothes. I am also picky with what i like. It has to be number one in very good condition, well made, and stylish. I tend to like a more classic styles.

GREAT vintage style

VINTAGE JEWELRY   always easy to find  but one needs to be careful if its the genuine article and not fake.

So where to start designer fashions can be found on Vestiaire, 1stdibs, Farfetch,
poshmark , asos marketplace,  eBay  any vintage shops in you city, depop for bloggers  and many others.

So far I haven't really made any purchases , the prices or sizes or brands are not always avail be.

So has anyone else ventured into vintage fashions?
