WORKOUT STYLE

WHERE & WHEN

With the cold weather that has effected most of europe its hard to think about going to a gym  , then having to go out in the cold. Not  my idea of fun. (then i am not a gym sort)  Working out at home or being in the outdoors is more for me.

Winter would be skiing cross c country   , summer the bike.going out to explore different places.  But after some injuries to knees , it feels not so great.

So at home have a stationary bike which is perfect for now. Its nice to be able to hop on after breakfast and listen to music well working out.


So what to wear  at home well doing a fitness routine.  Its important to be comfortable and have a outfit that fits right and if it looks good great too. Why not look good well we sweat!
Even a good old t shirt is fine, whatever is comfortable.


Number 1 for me a comfortable top sport bra. a pair of joggers or yoga pants.
Even to just relax on the weekends this outfit is a perfect comfortable look.
